		InVigor Canola - Pod Shatter and the Future of Canola Kyle Rollness, Bayer CropScience Kyle Rollness has a degree in Ag Business with an emphasis in Agronomy from the University of Minnesota Crookston. Following Graduation he spent time working for the Simplot organization in Stephen, MN as a Crop Advisor and also at the Osnabrock Farmers Coop Elevator as the Agronomy Manager. Currently, he is a Key Account Manager for Bayer.
		Canola: Responding to Market Demands James Loewen, Bunge Canada James grew up on a farm west of Emerson, MB which he managed for several years after high school. He started his career at CSP Foods/CanAmera Foods/Bunge in 1977 as Elevator Operator/Grain Buyer, followed by stints as contract program coordinator, Altona Grain Manager, and as a Grain Marketing Specialist for the past 5 years. His current role involves building the customer base, promoting specialty canola programs, and offering canola marketing choices to farmers in the Altona East business territory.
		Pricing Components in Marketing Canola Zachary Schaefer, CHS Zachary is a Grain Origination Manager for CHS. He graduated from Mayville State in 2010 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He worked at the Osnabrock Farmers Co-op Elevator from 2010-2013 and was employed with Northstar Agri-Industries from 2013 until its buyout.
		DEKALB & Monsanto's Exciting New Pipeline Courtney Meduna, Monsanto/DEKALB Courtney is a technical agronomist for DEKALB/Monsanto based in Minot, ND. She earned a bachelor of science degree in ag economics and animal science from North Dakota State University.

		Dan Fabian, Minnesota Legislator - Roseau, MN Dan is the elected representative for Minnesota House District 1A. Prior to being elected, he was a teacher at Roseau High School for 36 years. He also served as a crop insurance adjuster, and the Pro Shop Manager of Oak Crest Golf Course.

		Craig Christianson, USDA Risk Management Agency - St. Paul, MN Craig Christianson is a Risk Management Specialist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency. Before joining RMA, Craig graduated from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse with a degree in Mathematics and Economics, and was an Agricultural Statistician with the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS).

		Lyndy Phillips, Lyndy Phillips Productions - Bedford, TX Lyndy grew up in the farming community of Darrouzett, Texas. He developed his creative and humorous imagination while growing up on the farm and began performing for audiences at the age of seven for hometown plays and melodramas. After high school, Lyndy attended Amarillo College on a scholarship and two years later, he entered full-time Christian ministry. An ordained minister, Lyndy served as Executive Director of Development for an international marriage ministry and television program based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to that, he served more than 15 years in the local church as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and church elder. Associations, companies, and organizations across the country bring Lyndy to their conferences, conventions, and meetings to get attendees laughing and on their way to a happier, healthier, less stressed life.
