James grew up on a farm west of Emerson, MB which he managed for several years after high school. He started his career at CSP Foods/CanAmera Foods/Bunge in 1977 as Elevator Operator/Grain Buyer, followed by stints as contract program coordinator, Altona Grain Manager, and as a Grain Marketing Specialist for the past 5 years. His current role involves building the customer base, promoting specialty canola programs, and offering canola marketing choices to farmers in the Altona East business territory. |

Lyndy Phillips, Lyndy Phillips Productions - Bedford, TX
Lyndy grew up in the farming community of Darrouzett, Texas. He developed his creative and humorous imagination while growing up on the farm and began performing for audiences at the age of seven for hometown plays and melodramas. After high school, Lyndy attended Amarillo College on a scholarship and two years later, he entered full-time Christian ministry. An ordained minister, Lyndy served as Executive Director of Development for an international marriage ministry and television program based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to that, he served more than 15 years in the local church as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and church elder. Associations, companies, and organizations across the country bring Lyndy to their conferences, conventions, and meetings to get attendees laughing and on their way to a happier, healthier, less stressed life. |
