Southwestern Grilled Turkey

Ingredients:
    6 boneless turkey breast steaks or boneless turkey breast slices*
    4 1/2 oz can mild diced green chilies, undrained
    2 tbsp each canola oil and fresh lime juice
    2 tsp chili power
    1/2 tsp each ground cumin and slivered lime zest (outer colored rind)
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

    *If turkey steaks are not available, slice boneless turkey breast horizontally into 1 inch thick slices.
Directions:

Place turkey in a glass dish or sturdy plastic bag. In a blender or small food processor, combine chilies, canola oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and line zest. Process until fairly smooth. Stir in coriander and pour over turkey. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.
Cook on greased grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning once, until turkey is no longer pink inside.
