Ginger Beef

Ingredients:
    1 lb flank steak, pounded, cut in strips
    1/4 cup chopped ginger
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 red pepper, sliced
    3 tbsp Soya sauce
    2 tbsp cooking wine or apple juice
    1/2 cup rice or white vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
    1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    chili flakes to taste
Directions:

In large skillet, saute steak, ginger, and garlic in canola and sesame oil. Add onions and red pepper; cook 2 minutes. Add sufar, stir constantly and allow to carmelize. Add remaining ingredients; bring mixture to boil. Serve immediately.
