Saskatoon Sweet & Soy Marinade

Ingredients:

1 tbsp canola oil
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup saskatoon jelly
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp freshly ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Combine ingredients; mix well. Marinate for 2-4 hours in regrigerator.
