Cream Cheese Frosting for Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup canola margarine, softened
1 pkg (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 cups icing sufar
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated orange peel

Directions:

Cream softened cream cheese and margarine. Add icing, sufar, and just enough orange juice and vanilla to make a fairly stiff icing. Ice cake and sprinkle with orange peel. Chill to set icing.
